The Super Shorts New York Film Festival celebrated its 2025 edition with three screening nights at Film Noir Cinema, showing shorts from around the globe.

Festival curator Kris De Meester:
"Looking back on this year’s Super Shorts New York, I was especially happy to see familiar faces returning to the audience—proof of the strong community that continues to grow around the festival. What made me most proud was how warmly the audience embraced both ends of the spectrum: the traditional craft of filmmaking and the more daring, experimental works. That openness to contrast and discovery is exactly what keeps the festival vibrant and alive."
